To help ensure an enjoyable stay for everyone, please review the following house rules: Pets * Pets are welcome. * A $25 pet fee will be added to your booking. * Pet owners are fully responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning caused by their pets. * Pets must be kept on a leash at all times and are not permitted to roam freely anywhere on the property. Wildlife & Safety We are located in the beautiful Niagara region, where wildlife is abundant, even if it isn’t always visible. For your safety, guests and their pets are not permitted to walk through the fields surrounding the Casettas. These areas may contain ticks carried by local wildlife, and we want to help ensure your stay is both safe and enjoyable. Check-In & Check-Out Please respect our scheduled check-in and check-out times. * Early check-ins and late check-outs must be approved in advance. * Unauthorized early arrivals or late departures will incur a $50 fee. Smoking Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the cottages. * If evidence of smoking or lingering smoke odour is found inside a unit, a $250 cleaning fee will be charged. * Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please dispose of all cigarette and cigar butts responsibly and do not leave them anywhere on the property. Thank you for helping us preserve the beauty of Al Borgo Estates.
